A student’s strengths could fit into different categories or domains and your daughter or son’s strengths as a student probably overlap in these years. Some of the common types of strengths of a child include:
1. Creative strengths
Creative children can think outside the box and can come up with some unique and innovative ideas as well as their artistic and musical abilities.
2. Academic strengths
Examples of academic strengths are the ability of a child to excel in some specific subjects or areas of study like science, math, language or literature.
3. Social strengths
The social strengths include the ability of a child to communicate effectively even if the communication is nonverbal. They can work well in groups and can also build positive relationships with peers and teachers.
